Never had to call them got all the required info through WhatsApp, they shared the tracking link as soon as vehicle was loaded and the car was delivered within the timeline they had mentioned that is 8 to 10 days.Super happy with the service.
I got my car moved from Punjab to Maharashtra via Car 24 cargo. Everyone is apprehensive when doing such a thing about damages and scratches.... I was a little too much as my car was brand new... And black.. . But I got my car as it is and plus I sent some luggage inside.... It was not even touched. Also, they delivered the car before the committed time frame. Thank you cars 24 cargo. Quite a professional at their game. Recently shifted my Car from Delhi to Pune and used their service and they did the job well. Online tracking and everything was in place and so clear. Transported car from Bangalore to Lucknow. Received the car safely in Lucknow. They provide door to door car transportation services. They will also insure your vehicle (Cost has to be borne by the person shipping the car) and they have a software which lets your track your vehicle movement, although not in real-time but it updates everyday. One of the improvement i can see is during loading time pictures and videos should be provided immediately, probably the same day.
